|General Admission Rules
Registration forms for different class will be issued against vacancies only and the registration form does not guarantee the admission.
For admission to K.G. I the minimum age should be 4 years (by 30 June) and maximum 4'/2 years. The date for the issue of the application form is advertised in the local news paper in the month of December/ January. Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person to the principal by the one who will be responsible for the child.
Amount paid for the registration form at the time of registration, admission is non refundable. Therefore parents are advised to take admission only if they are genuinely interested.
Admission to other classes depends on the availability of seats in the particular class after the results. The application forms will be issued in the last week of March / June and entrance exam will be held. The candidate will be tested in the matter of the class previous to the one for which he / she is seeking admission.
For Class K.G. I to Class IV interview / written test will be held for different subjects. For Class V to XII written test will be held main:y for English, Maths and Science. For Class V to XII the short listed, candidates will be called for interview which is the main criteria for the selection of students.
After the display of the list of the new admissions on the school notice board, parents must duly fill up admission forms on the given date. Failing to do so, without a valid reason in writing to the Principal, will result in cancellation of the student's admission.
For admission to K.G. an official birth certificate (Municipal / Baptism certificate) should be produced. Students who have attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without the Transfer Certificate of the last school attended. The Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by the District / Divisional Education Officer of the State / respective regional office of CBSE.
Any attempt to influence the authorities through recommenda¬tions, falsification of the date of birth or pressurization from any quarters will automatically disqualify the applicant from gettino. admission.
Principal's decision for admission will be final.
School authorities may expel a student on any of the following grounds.
Constant weakness in studies
Indifference to the school activities
Moral breach considered serious by school authorities
Failing for two consecutive times in the same class.
A month's notice shall be given in writing by the parents / guardians before the child is withdrawn otherwise the fees of the current month will be charged.
In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate and other security deposits will be released on clearance of the school dues. The application form for T.C. is given in the diary and should be submitted two days in advance.||
