The school was established in the year 1982 under the patronage of the then Archbishop Late Dr. Eugene D Souza. It was earlier a Boys School, but to cater to the need of time, and under the guidance of the then Principal, Late Fr. Samuel Kavil in the year 1992-93 the school went into co-education.
